Karin, who specialized in staff mentoring, personal lines insurance, and serving high-net-worth clients, transitioned seamlessly into operational leadership positions. A master’s degree and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, which highlight her dedication to excellence and professional development, further validate her expertise.
